Jerry was trained for a few years at PriceWaterhouse (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers) in early 80’s and was qualified as Professional Accountant since 1986. He was actively involved in the audit of companies in various industries like Ogilvy & Mather, Nedlloyd, HSBC, Hutchison Whampoa, HK Jockey Club and Dragonair.

In 1989 Jerry spun off from PriceWaterhouse and practiced under his own name. The business further expanded when Jerry partnered with Mr. Henry Lee (CPA) and Mr. Alex So (CPA) in 1998 and formed Lam, Lee & So C.P.A. Company Limited.

To cope with the expansion, Jerry founded Bentleys C.P.A. Company Limited with Ms. Alice Fung in 2003 to better serve international and well-established companies with diversified professional services in addition to auditing and taxation.

Jerry is particularly experienced in field audit and tax investigation as well as handling Profits Tax issues.

Jerry is committed to community services. He served as the President of Rotary Club of Tsuen Wan in 2005 (Rotary International District 3450).

Fung Ka Ka, Alice

1Alice graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from Lingnan College and performed auditing work for several years at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu before she was qualified as Certified Public Accountant in 2000.

In 2004, Alice has completed an Intermediate insolvency training course organized by The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In addition to audit and taxation, Alice also advises on proposed Individual Voluntary Arrangements and has been appointed as nominee for a number of individual Voluntary Arrangements.

Alice is a Practising Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Member of The Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors, Certified Tax Advisor (Hong Kong) and a Fellow Member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.
